Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4 regular-size bars)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (optional, for smoother dipping)
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, crushed Butterfinger candy, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until a thick, slightly crumbly dough forms.
- Form the Balls: Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture until all dough is used. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until firm.
