Instructions
- Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. - Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced garlic sausage and cook until browned and heated through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside. - Make the Alfredo Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned. - Add Cream and Cheese
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly stir in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of chicken broth to reach your desired consistency. - Combine Pasta and Sausage
Add the cooked rigatoni and sausage to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat everything evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Serve and Garnish
Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
