- 4 large potatoes, washed and diced into 1-inch cubes
- 3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 1 lb Kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 can (12 oz) of your favorite beer
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
