Ingredients:
- 8 English muffins
- 8 oz breakfast sausage
- 2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5-6 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Cut the English muffins into sixths, creating bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
