This is the fastest easiest recipe ever and I promise it’s amazing! My mom made it all the time when I was a kid
I used the thin sliced boneless pork chops (season with salt, pepper, garlic powder)
Lay them in a single layer in the bottom of a 9×13 Pan
Preheat oven to 350
Cover with a layer of sour cream. I did not use the whole container, maybe 1/3-1/2 of it?
Top with the French fried onions (I used the whole can)
Cover and bake for about 35 min
Something magical happens and these are so tender and good!
We usually eat them with mashed potatoes and a veggie
