Ingredients:
- 16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of milk (using the soup can)
- 1 can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 1 box of Rotini noodles
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: chopped fresh cilantro, diced green onions, shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
- Cook Rotini Noodles:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the Rotini noodles according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles and set aside.
