Mushroom wine sauce & Skillet chicken
*Ingredients :
°3 bone-and-skin chicken breasts, sliced diagonally
°1⁄2 Multipurpose Flour Cup
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1 teaspoon pepper
°1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
°12 ounces mushroom cleaner and thick slices
°4 tbsp unsalted butter divided
°1 tbsp olive oil
°2 garlic cloves, chopped
°2 large leeks clipped into thin slices
°1 cup 1⁄2 chicken broth, low sodium
°1⁄2 cup of dry white wine
°1⁄2 Heavy Cream Cup
°2 large springs of fresh thyme
°1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
°2 teaspoons corn starch dissolved in 2 tbsp water or broth
