- Preparation:
- Start by cutting the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes. Ensure that the pieces are uniform in size for even cooking.
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth. Halve or quarter them depending on their size, aiming for bite-sized pieces similar to the steak cubes.
- Marinade:
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk the ingredients together to create a flavorful marinade.
- Add the steak cubes and mushrooms to the bowl. Toss them gently to ensure they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors. For a more intense flavor, you can marinate them in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
