Ingredients
For the Crust:
- 1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour

- 1 large egg yolk
- 1-2 tablespoons cold water (if needed)
For the Apple Filling:

- 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (to thicken)

- 3/4 cup (90g) all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (65g) brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
