Ingredients

- 3 bell peppers (use a mix of red, green, and yellow for color), diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes, with juices
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 4 cups beef broth (or chicken broth)
- 1 cup cooked white or brown rice (for quicker preparation, use pre-cooked rice or cook it in advance)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
