Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Roll Out the Dough
    On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza or bread dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Stuff the Bread
    Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Roll and Seal
    Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough up tightly into a log. Pinch the edges to seal, tucking the ends under. Place the stuffed bread seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Apply Egg Wash
    Brush the top of the stuffed bread with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake
    Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Cool and Serve
    Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice into thick pieces and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing for dipping!
