Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking dish with foil for easy cleanup and grease lightly to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Prepare the Glaze

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ketchup, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and ground ginger. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Step 3: Coat the Chicken

Pat the chicken legs or wings dry with a paper towel and season with a little salt and pepper. - Add Glaze
Place the chicken pieces in the prepared baking dish and pour the glaze mixture over the top, making sure each piece is well-coated.
Step 4: Bake the Chicken
- Bake in Oven
Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 45–60 minutes (depending on size), turning the chicken once or twice during cooking to ensure even caramelization. - Broil for Extra Crispness
For extra caramelized, crispy skin, turn on the broiler for the last 3–5 minutes of cooking. Keep a close eye on the chicken to prevent burning.
Step 5: Serve

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions for a pop of color if desired.
