Ingredients:
- 500g minced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for greasing)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, minced green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, chopped cilantro, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into elongated cylindrical kababs around skewers.
- Preheat the grill or barbecue to medium-high heat. Lightly grease the grates with vegetable oil to prevent the kababs from sticking.
- Place the skewered kababs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly browned and cooked through.
- Once done, remove the Seekh Kababs from the grill and serve hot with mint chutney, sliced onions, and lemon wedges.
