4. Cook the Kielbasa and Shrimp:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until they are nicely browned on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil if needed and cook the shrimp until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
5. Combine Everything:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and add the cooked noodles and the prepared sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
- Add the cooked kielbasa and shrimp back to the skillet. Toss again to combine everything well. Heat through for a minute or two.
6. Serve:
- Divide the spicy noodles between bowls. Cut the soft-boiled eggs in half and place on top of the noodles.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy noodles with seared kielbasa, shrimp, and a soft-boiled egg!
