- Serve:
- Once the pork steaks are cooked to your liking, remove them from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes. This helps in retaining their juices.
- Slice the steaks against the grain for tenderness, if desired, or serve them whole.
- Drizzle the reduced marinade sauce over the steaks.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
