Directions
- Season the beef tips with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

- Sprinkle the flour over the mushroom mixture and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes to cook off the raw flour taste.
- Gradually pour in the beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Worcestershire sauce. Return the beef tips to the skillet and simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the beef is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
