Instructions:
- Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix the thinly sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook the Vegetables: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion. Cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until they are just tender but still crisp. Remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
