GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLESA

Instructions:

  1. Preparation of Steak Bites:
    • Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt.
    • Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set them aside.

    • Divide the zucchini noodles among serving plates.
    • Top each portion of noodles with the garlic butter steak bites.
    • Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the top for garnish.
  6. Serving:
