- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and remaining 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Layer the Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer in the pan. Use a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Chill the Bars: Refrigerate the bars for at least 1-2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
- Cut and Serve: Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Place them on a cutting board and cut into squares or bars. Serve and enjoy!
Tips:
- For a crunchier base, you can use crushed pretzels or chopped nuts in place of some of the graham cracker crumbs.
- Feel free to use milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips instead of semisweet chocolate chips for a different flavor.
