Recipe Notes

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Italian dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and water. Stir until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the baby carrots, mushrooms, and green beans around the chicken.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and vegetables, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 1 hour.
  7. After an hour, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
