Ingredients:
1 bag (12 oz) white chocolate chips
2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
1 cup melted peanut butter
1 cup M&M’s (your favorite variety)
1 cup marshmallows
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line a 9×9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Alternatively, you can use a springform pan for a different shape.
Melt White Chocolate and Peanut Butter:
In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips. Once melted, add the melted peanut butter to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the white chocolate chips are completely melted, and the mixture is smooth.
Combine Cereal and Mix-Ins:
Remove the saucepan from heat. Add the Rice Krispie cereal to the melted mixture, stirring until well combined. Then, fold in the marshmallows and M&M’s, ensuring an even distribution throughout the mixture.
Form Cookies or Bars:
Use a cookie scoop to portion the mixture into individual cookies on the prepared pan. Alternatively, press the mixture evenly into the pan if you prefer bars. If you’re using a springform pan, press the mixture evenly across the bottom.
Chill:
Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the mixture has set completely.
Cut and Serve:
Once chilled, lift the parchment paper to remove the bars from the pan. If you used a springform pan, release the sides. Cut into squares or bars, depending on your preference.
