Strawberry Cream Cheese Rolls

For the Filling:

1 cup strawberries, finely chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Glaze (optional):

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1–2 tbsp milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Dough:

 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Add in the milk and melted butter. Stir until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it a few times until it comes together. Roll the dough into a rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
