Instructions:

Grilled Chicken:

  1. In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.

Ranch Dressing:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Adjust the seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk.
