Instructions:
Grilled Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for even cooking.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then slice it into strips.
Ranch Dressing:
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, fresh lemon juice, dried dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, you can thin it out with a little milk.
