TRIPLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch (23×13 cm) loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir the melted butter into the mashed bananas.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
