These easy oven baked jerk beef ribs are seasoned to the bone, slow braised, tender and juicy. These ribs will be a hit- fall off the bone perfection!
Ingredients
- 3 Lbs Beef Ribs silverskin removed
- 1/4 Cup Dry Jerk Seasoning (see recipe in post)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Cups Beef broth
- 3 Cloves Garlic Smashed
- 1/4 Cup BBQ sauce
- Fresh Herb for serving ( parsley, cilantro or thyme)
