Instructions:
In a large glass jar or container with an airtight lid, combine the moonshine and orange zest. Seal the jar and let it sit in a cool, dark place for about 3 to 5 days. This will allow the alcohol to absorb the orange flavor from the zest.
After the infusion period, strain out the orange zest from the moonshine and discard it.
In a separate container, mix the orange juice and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved. You can adjust the amount of sugar to achieve your desired sweetness.
