Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice (preferably jasmine or long-grain)
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Directions:

- Return the cooked rice to the skillet and toss with the vegetables.
- Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Return the cooked eggs and shrimp to the skillet, stirring until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
