Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced smoked sausage, chopped potatoes, and onion.
  3. Season: Add the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme to the bowl. Toss everything together until the sausage and potatoes are well coated with the seasonings.
